5 years ago, our life got a whole lot sweeter when our tiny babe arrived. We've been smitten ever since. Happy bday baby girl! YOU are our greatest adventure!

First Day of Kindergarten
Baby girl started her first day of kindergarten today. Although her day started in tears, it ended in the words, "Best. Day. Ever." And THAT pretty much makes me the "Happiest. Mom. Ever."
Doc McFarlane
Maeli talks all the time about how she wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up. Her grandparents bought her a vet kit so today her & grandpa went out & did check-ups on all of the horses. Thanks to Doc McFarlane, their ears have been checked, their blood pressure monitored, & they now have their annual immunizations.

The Treasure Hunt
Every morning on our trip, the kids woke up to a note from "the robber," (a.k.a. Grandpa) giving them clues to find the hidden treasure. They would scream and run around the house as they searched for the hidden treasure box full of the days' prizes.
